Job summary

Club L London is seeking a Senior QC to join the Quality Control team at our Middlewich distribution centre. This hands-on role requires a product-obsessed, technically strong individual to protect the quality of our fashion items.

You’ll work with the QC Manager, Returns, Customer Service, Product and Garment Technology teams to identify issues, determine root causes and drive actions that reduce returns while maintaining high standards across brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Control or Garment Technology.
• Strong knowledge of AQL and garment inspection.
• Understanding of garment construction and fabrics.
• Able to interpret returns data and supplier performance.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to hit KPIs.
• Confident with data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve quality standards across Club L London and our wider brand portfolio.
• Inspect incoming stock in line with agreed AQL 2.5 standards, ensuring product meets the required quality standards before reaching the customer.
• Apply the correct inspection and quality standards depending on the brand, product and customer requirements.
• Analyse returns data, customer feedback and known product issues to identify where additional checks are required.
• Identify quality and construction issues quickly and accurately, understanding the impact on customer and business.
• Collaborate with Returns and other teams to identify recurring issues and feed insights back to the wider team.
• Support monthly reporting and analysis of AQL performance and supplier issues.
• Guide QC support staff to ensure issues are resolved and documented.
