Job summary

Club L London is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead the Garment Technology function within the Product team. The role focuses on developing the technical team, maintaining high standards, and driving improvements in product quality to reduce returns.

You will collaborate closely with Design, Product, Production and suppliers to ensure the product looks and feels right while meeting technical standards. Travel to our London office and global supply base is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fit, garment construction, measurements, grading and quality.
• Experience leading a technical team in fashion retail.
• Ability to analyse returns data and feedback to drive improvements.
• Comfortable working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Garment Technology team and set KPIs.
• Act as technical specialist across Product with focus on fit and quality.
• Maintain and develop technical standards across products.
