Qualifications

Job Description:

InterQuest is currently supporting an established and growing FS firm in identifying a Senior QA Manager to join the bank focused on secured lending.

The role offers the opportunity to lead a team, support operational policies and processes, and ensure customer interactions comply with internal and regulatory requirements.

This is a permanent position based in the Chester/North Wales area with good hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the QA framework
2. Leading reviews of customer interactions and managing QA assessments
3. Collaborating with third parties, internal stakeholders, and operations functions

To be considered, candidates should have:

• Demonstrable experience in quality assurance within financial services
• Secured lending (mortgage) experience
• Management experience (desirable)
