Job summary

Custom Pharma Services is seeking a Qualified Person to certify and release finished products from its Brighton-based QA team. The role collaborates with the Head of Quality on key quality matters and maintains batch certification responsibilities.

You will certify licensed medicines and IMPs and drive GMP compliance across the business. You will review NCRs/LIRs, mentor trainee QPs, and keep CPD current while upholding Health & Safety policies and training records.

Qualifications

• Must hold Qualified Person status and be eligible to work in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines and quality systems.
• Experience in pharmaceutical release and batch certification.

Responsibilities

• Act as Qualified Person, ensuring compliant certification and release of finished products.
• Collaborate with Head of Quality on significant quality matters and batch certification.
• Perform QP certification for licensed medicinal products and IMPs.
• Review and approve NCRs & LIRs and provide GMP guidance across the business.
• Mentor trainee QPs and keep CPD up to date.
• Maintain training records and ensure Health & Safety compliance.
