Job summary

Custom Pharma Services in Brighton hires a Qualified Person to certify and release finished products, ensuring compliance across GMP standards and regulatory expectations. You'll collaborate with the Head of QA and mentor Trainee QPs while driving continuous improvement.

Based in Hove with some travel to Brighton, the role offers a permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified Person with authority to certify and release products.
• Experience reviewing NCRs/LIRs and providing GMP guidance.
• Ability to mentor Trainee QPs and lead quality discussions.
• Commitment to CPD and staying current with industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Act as Qualified Person, ensuring compliant certification and release of finished products.
• Review and approve non-conformance reports (NCRs & LIRs).
• Provide GMP advice and guidance across the business.
• Mentor quality colleagues and sponsor Trainee QPs.
• Keep current with industry developments through CPD.
• Maintain training records and comply with Health and Safety policies.
