Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Birmingham-based team delivering planned maintenance, retrofit and refurbishment programmes across the Midlands. The role offers a competitive salary, car allowance, hybrid working and genuine progression opportunities.

You will manage project costs, prepare cost plans and financial reports, review tenders, track spend and close final accounts, working closely with project teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong quantity surveying experience within property projects.
• Experience preparing estimates, cost plans and project financial reports.
• Confident in managing budgets, valuations and variations.
• Knowledge of tender reviews, quotations and subcontractor cost information.
• Ability to maintain accurate commercial records and final account details.
• Clear communication with project colleagues and external contacts.

Responsibilities

Job Offer

• Permanent Senior QS position based in Birmingham.
• Salary of £60,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
