Job summary
Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a senior QHSE leader to define strategy across Power and Grid Major Projects. You will drive continuous improvement, embed a proactive QHSE culture, and influence executive leadership while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality legislation.
Strong leadership and strategic delivery experience are essential. The role requires a degree in Safety & Environmental Management or equivalent, with CMIOSH and NEBOSH qualifications
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Safety & Environmental Management or related field.
- CMIOSH or equivalent professional qualification.
- NEBOSH Diploma (H&S and Environmental) or equivalent.
- Lead auditor qualification (ISO standards) desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead QHSE strategy across Power and Grid Major Projects and drive continual improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality legislation.
- Provide QHSE advice to Major Projects senior leadership and stakeholders.
