Job summary

Creative Assembly Ltd. in the United Kingdom is hiring a Sr QA Co-Ordinator to lead and co-ordinate two small remote QA teams alongside the QA Manager, driving quality across development and testing cycles.

You will mentor staff, develop KPI metrics, manage performance and processes, and ensure clear communication between Dev QA, Functional QA and internal teams while supporting delivery schedules and build quality, including travel to Sofia as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remote QA teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to mentor staff and develop KPI metrics
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices (quality assistance, push left) and game production workflows
• Experience with Jira, TestRail and Perforce
• Experience in a AAA game development environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Dev QA and Functional QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Develop and monitor team KPI’s and QA processes
• Mentor team members through regular 1:1s and performance reviews
• Oversee defect logging, reporting and test case management
• Coordinate with QA Manager and cross-functional teams to align priorities and delivery timelines
• Occasionally travel to Sofia for face-to-face collaboration and team alignment
