Job summary

Creative Assembly is seeking a Sr QA Co-Ordinator to lead and mentor two remote QA teams, driving quality across development and functional testing. You will shape processes, monitor KPIs, and partner with QA leadership to maintain high standards.

You will manage performance, coordinate planning sessions, and travel to Sofia for face-to-face alignment while fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remotely distributed QA teams.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Background in game QA / development QA.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies: quality assistance, push left.
• Knowledge of Jira, TestRail and Perforce.
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA manager in creating and recording team KPI’s.
• Monitor defect reports and ensure high-quality communication.
• Ensure teams support their assigned development needs.
• Hold regular 1:1s with the Dev QA team and plan sessions.
• Support the QA Manager with team meetings and retrospectives.
• Maintain test case databases and defect logging practices.
• Coordinate with external QA leadership to ensure cross-team quality.
