Job summary

Digital Gurus is partnering with a UK clean energy organisation to recruit a Senior QA Engineer. You’ll own QA within a development team, combining hands-on automation with mentoring colleagues and shaping testing practices.

You’ll build automated tests, integrate testing into CI/CD, and work with developers to resolve defects while contributing to performance, security and accessibility testing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automation experience in software testing.
• Experience with Playwright or Selenium or similar tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD and testing integration into pipelines.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and owning quality in a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve automated test coverage with an experienced QA team.
• Get involved early to identify risks and shape testing approaches.
• Bring automated testing into CI/CD for reliable releases.
• Investigate defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Contribute to performance, security and accessibility testing.
• Support other QA engineers and improve testing practices.
