Formación

• 6+ years of software engineering with 4+ years using Python in production.
• Experience architecting and scaling backend systems in FinTech or regulated data domains.
• Proven mentoring and leadership to elevate code quality and CI/CD processes.
• Experience managing an engineering pod of 3+ engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Own key architectural components and deliver resilient backend services.
• Lead as a technical leader across the engineering team and enforce clean architecture.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and commercial teams to translate domain requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks, optimise throughput, and troubleshoot distributed production challenges.
• Lead and manage a pod while remaining hands-on.
