Referment is seeking a Senior Python Developer to own and drive critical components of a regulated fintech platform in a hybrid London setting. You’ll mentor junior engineers, guide architectural decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust software.

You will take responsibility for delivering scalable, secure solutions, leading code reviews, testing and production troubleshooting while promoting best practices and thorough documentation.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years using Python as a core language.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in production environments.
• Experience mentoring and guiding developers with strong technical leadership.
• Deep understanding of version control, testing, CI and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align technical and non-technical teams.
