Job summary

Lendable is hiring a full‑stack Python engineer to join Central Operations. You’ll ship features for Ops teams, build internal apps and automations, and apply AI/LLMs to streamline processes across Loans, Cards and Motor.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Data Science and Analytics to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. Ideal candidates have strong Python experience, modern JS skills (React/Next.js) and a track record of shipping maintainable software in a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with Python in a web application context.
• Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• Proficient in Javascript/Typescript and modern JS frameworks (React, Next.js).
• Strong engineering practices: testing, clean code, design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Ship features used daily by Ops teams and internal users.
• Build and maintain internal web apps and automation tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Analytics to deploy AI-powered solutions.
