Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Senior Python/Automation Engineer on a 12-month hybrid contract Inside IR35 in the United Kingdom. You will develop robust automation solutions, integrate AI selectively, and own full lifecycle from build to monitoring.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend agent-based solutions and RAG implementations, ensure production maturity, and apply AI concepts within automation.

Qualifications

• Strong Python software engineering experience required.
• Experience with AI/LLMs, LangChain or LangGraph.
• Proficiency in API design, data processing, and CI/CD practices.
