Unknown Company in London (Hybrid) is seeking a Python Developer to build, enhance and support internal tools, automations and AI-driven solutions, with a salary up to £50,000.

You will work closely with stakeholders to turn ideas into practical software, own components end-to-end, and help drive efficiency, user experience and innovation across the business. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Python Developer - AI & Automation - London (Hybrid) - Up to £50,000

We're working with a growing technology-led consultancy that is investing heavily in AI, automation and internally developed applications.

As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a Python Developer to help build, enhance and support a growing portfolio of internal tools, automations and AI-driven solutions. This role would suit someone who enjoys building practical solutions, automating processes and solving real-world business problems. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, helping turn ideas into applications and tools that improve efficiency, productivity and user experience.

You'll remain hands-on technically while gaining exposure to AI technologies, application ownership and solution design within a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and enhancing internal applications, automation solutions and AI-powered tools.
• Developing integrations between internal systems, SaaS platforms and third-party APIs.
• Working directly with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate requirements into practical solutions.

What We're Looking For

Nice to Have

• JavaScript experience.
• Exposure to Power Platform, Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Dataverse or Entra ID.
