Job summary

Searchability is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to advance AI and automation initiatives for a major financial services client in a hybrid setting. The contract role offers a day rate of £450-£650 inside IR35 and focuses on production-grade software and scalable automation.

You will design and deliver robust Python-based solutions, build APIs, and apply Generative AI with enterprise-grade orchestration in production environments.

Qualifications

• Commercial Python software development.
• Building scalable backend applications and APIs.
• Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or similar.
• SQL and working with structured data.
• Git and modern development practices including CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop intelligent automation solutions that streamline complex business processes using modern Python development practices and the latest advances in Generative AI.
• Build APIs and integrate enterprise systems to enable scalable AI-powered applications.
• Contribute to solution design and help shape how AI is adopted across large-scale client environments in production.
