Job summary

NEBOSH in the United Kingdom is seeking a Corporate Publications Senior Specialist to join our Business Development team in Leicester on a hybrid basis. You will drive revenue from NEBOSH publications, learning materials and licensing opportunities, combining account management, sales and e-commerce activities to grow the business end-to-end.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in a business development, account management, sales or customer relationship role.
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, ideally Shopify.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused and proactive with ability to take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales of publications, learning materials and licensing arrangements.
• Support and deliver promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives.
• Manage and optimise the NEBOSH Shopify e-commerce platform.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships, sales activity and reporting.
• Monitor sales performance and deliver against targets and KPIs.
• Analyse customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate across the organisation to ensure a seamless customer journey and maximise commercial impact.
• Represent NEBOSH at meetings, events and industry activities as required.
