NEBOSH is seeking a Corporate (Publications) Senior Specialist to drive revenue from publications, learning materials and licensing. You will join the Business Development team and own relationships with customers and partners, while collaborating across functions to maximise commercial impact.

The role reports to Corporate Commercial Manager, involves some UK and occasional international travel, and sits in a hybrid Leicester office environment. Salary £36,000 per annum.

Formación

• At least two years' experience in business development, account management, sales or customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Experience using e-commerce platforms, ideally Shopify.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners and prospects.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales of publications and learning materials.
• Support promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives.
• Manage and optimise the NEBOSH Shopify e-commerce platform.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage relationships, activity and reporting.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs.
• Analyse customer feedback and market trends for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
