TSR Legal, in partnership with a Top 100 Law Firm, seeks a Senior/Principal Associate Solicitor for the Public Sector Employment team in Cardiff. You will handle high‑quality contentious and non-contentious matters and collaborate with clients and internal teams.

With 7 PQE+ and a strong background in public sector employment, you will lead matters, mentor junior lawyers, and develop client relationships. The role offers progression toward Partnership and a competitive package.
