Job summary

TSR Legal is partnering with a well-regarded national employment team in Cardiff to appoint a skilled Head of Employment/Partner. The role focuses on high-quality legal advice and representation across a broad range of employment matters.

The successful candidate will lead the expansion of the Cardiff Employment team, bring substantial PQE, and drive client service excellence within a top-tier firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law and at least 7 years PQE.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Proven track record of handling complex employment law cases.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal advice to clients on employment law issues, including HR policies, redundancies, disciplinary, employment tribunals and settlement agreements.
• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Keeping abreast of developments in employment law and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Working with clients across a broad range of industries

TSR Legal are currently partnering with a well-regarded Legal 200 firm based in Cardiff who are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Employment/Partner to join the national employment team. You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of employment law matters. The role will involve expanding the firm’s existing Employment team in Cardiff.
