Job summary

TSR Legal is assisting a top UK law firm in Cardiff to recruit a Corporate Solicitor for a Senior Associate to Partner track or Legal Director/Partner level. You will advise on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity, drafting key documents and supporting business development within the Welsh market.
