• PQE of 1+ years in employment litigation/arbitration.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients on high-profile employment matters.
• Injunctions – obtaining, resisting and enforcing injunctions, including urgent applications.
• Team moves and restrictive covenants – non-compete and non-solicitation disputes.
• Confidential information disputes – trade secrets and sensitive data.
• Complex employment contracts and LLP arrangements – drafting bespoke agreements.
