Icertis is seeking a Lead Functional Consultant for Public Sector to drive end-to-end ICI implementations for government and federally-focused customers. You will lead discovery, design workshops, configurations, testing, and go-live activities, acting as a trusted advisor to deliver value.

The role requires enterprise SaaS implementation expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex contracting requirements into scalable ICI solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably within CLM, procurement, ERP, CRM, legal operations, or workflow platforms.
• Participation in at least three full-lifecycle implementations in a functional consulting, business analysis, or solution consulting role.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional advisor for Public Sector and Federal customers.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, design workshops, and UAT preparation.
• Translate business, compliance, and contracting requirements into scalable ICI solutions.
• Own functional delivery across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery through go-live.
• Lead design reviews and ensure solutions align with product capabilities and best practices.
• Oversee configuration activities and validate solutions against approved requirements.
• Drive testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and overall implementation quality.
• Partner with project managers, architects, technical teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Identify risks, manage escalations, and support mitigation planning.
• Mentor consultants and analysts while promoting delivery excellence and reusable best practices.
