Job summary

CACI Information Intelligence Group (IIG) in the UK seeks a Delivery Lead for its National Security business. You will drive complex software and technology delivery programmes, leading engineering teams and engaging with senior customer stakeholders to turn ambitious ideas into operational capability.

You will balance commercial oversight, stakeholder engagement and team leadership across multiple in-flight projects, shaping delivery approaches and championing best practices in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in an agile environment with active involvement in Scrum.
• Hands-on project experience across multiple delivery methodologies.
• Budget tracking, risk management and forecasting capabilities.
• Ability to build and maintain high-performing teams.
• Experience working with customers, handling difficult situations and resolving conflict.
• Must be a British citizen with lived UK residence for the last 5 years and be eligible for high-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of a project or service to the agreed cost, timescale, quality, and scope.
• Use a mix of traditional project management and agile delivery skills.
• Provide leadership to the team.
• Communicate and facilitate in diverse situations with stakeholders and key customers.
• Adopt appropriate delivery methods and tools, including agile & scaled agile.
• Constantly review progress and tailor delivery methods to the specific delivery.
• Report on the project and escalate issues as needed.
• Become an active participant in the delivery community, sharing best practices and mentoring others.
