Senior Power Platform Lead - Public Sector (Hybrid Bristol)

Zusammenfassung

Korn Ferry Group seeks an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to lead a public sector digital solution using Microsoft Power Platform. You will own design, development and deployment from requirements through to testing, handover and governance.

The role requires strong Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate skills, plus stakeholder engagement and agile delivery capability. The contract is Hybrid in Bristol with 2 days on site per week, and SC clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience developing and deploying Power Apps within complex organisations.
• Strong hands-on Power BI dashboard development and data visualisation.
• Experience building Power Automate workflows and approvals.
• Solid experience configuring SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
• End-to-end Power Platform delivery from requirements to deployment and support.
• Strong data modelling, information architecture and repositories.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical designs for stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end design, development and deployment of a digital solution using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop Power Apps to capture, manage and track outputs, actions, risks and recommendations.
• Design data models, schemas and information repositories.
• Build Power BI dashboards and reports for MI and senior decision-making.
• Configure Power Automate workflows, notifications and approvals.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online lists and libraries.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine requirements and validate solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and UI designs.
• Support Agile delivery with iterations, reviews and feedback.
• Plan testing, manage defects and ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Produce technical docs, user guides and handover materials.
• Support deployment into live service and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure security, governance and information management standards are met.
• Identify opportunities for future enhancements and integration.
