Job summary

Tungsten Automation Corporation is seeking a Sr. Professional Services Operations Analyst to oversee operational data integrity across PS projects and manage end-to-end close processes.

You will collaborate with Directors and VP-level stakeholders to ensure accurate project accounting, invoicing, and resource reporting. The role requires 5+ years in Professional Services, advanced PS system knowledge (PAM, Hyperion, SmartView, SharePoint) and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years in a Professional Services environment.
• Advanced PS systems knowledge: Hyperion, SmartView, SharePoint, PAM.
• MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel and PowerPoint; including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Recognized SME on local territory; mentor/trainer to others in team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data accuracy in the Project Cost Management System (PAM).
• Assist month/quarter end close, budget revisions, invoicing proposals and expenses tracking.
• Prepare materials for quarterly business reviews and distribute PS project data.
• Monitor resources and travel to ensure alignment with PS metrics.
• Support new PS bookings, change orders and revenue recognition approvals.
• Track 3rd party contractor costs and revenue against recognized revenue.
• Provide PS data reports and forecasting as needed.
