Job summary

SilkRoad is seeking a Senior Operations role within Global Professional Services Operations to provide day-to-day operational support across PS territories. Reports to the Director of Global PS Operations with dotted line to the VP of Professional Services.

The role focuses on data accuracy in the PS Project Cost Management System, end-of-month close processes, invoicing, and cross-territory resource reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing project cost data in a professional services context.
• Ability to prepare reports and audit time booking data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of Professional Services Project Cost Management System data and audit time booking.
• Manage month and quarter end close processes: distribute project reviews, review budget revisions, and prepare invoice proposals.
• Prepare invoices for T&M projects, FP projects, and project expenses.
• Audit revenue, invoicing data, bookings, backlog and CPU metrics for accuracy before deadlines.
• Assist with PS bookings and change orders; obtain approvals and ensure data is entered in the PS systems.
• Oversee 3rd party contractor cost and revenue tracking: onboarding, contract setup, and expense matching.
• Provide reports on PS data and resources across territories and support forecasting.
