Job summary

Lorien is seeking an Operations & Services Lead in Watford for a 12-month inside IR35 contract. The role focuses on managing support operations, dashboards, and process improvements across IT and business teams.

You will drive service delivery, coordinate releases, and contribute to risk and compliance technology solutions with a strong focus on stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support, operations, or service management role.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, SharePoint, and Alteryx.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Manage support requests, incidents, and service issues.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of support and service management processes.
• Coordinate with IT teams on maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Support GitHub repository management and best practices.
• Create support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Monitor SLAs and ensure high levels of service delivery.
