Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Principal Systems Architect Engineer for Propulsion Control Systems. You will drive the technical vision and MBSE adoption across propulsion programs, ensuring requirements are validated and traceable throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

10+ years of systems engineering experience in aerospace or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
Strong knowledge of SysML or MATLAB/Simulink for architecture and requirements management.
Experience applying aerospace standards and MBSE practices.

Responsibilities

Architect and lead advanced aerospace system architectures using MBSE.
Champion MBSE tools and integrate SysML/MATLAB for modeling and validation.
Oversee requirement validation, traceability, and verification from concept to delivery.
Mentor multidisciplinary teams on architecture, MBSE, and validation best practices.
Identify and resolve complex technical risks with innovative solutions.
Lead technical reviews and customer engagements on architecture and validation.
Support certification processes and interface with regulatory agencies.
