Job summary

Apex Resource Management Ltd. is seeking a Technical Lead - Propulsion Integration to provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams and ensure propulsion requirements are delivered throughout the product lifecycle.

The role applies systems engineering to define, integrate and validate propulsion solutions while managing interfaces across vehicle domains, leading risk management and engineering excellence to meet performance, cost and timing targets.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in propulsion system engineering.
• Proven project management capability.
• Experience with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Systems engineering knowledge across product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and delivery of propulsion software, controls and calibration across vehicle programmes.
• Ensure alignment between hardware, software, controls and system requirements for propulsion performance.
• Coordinate software release planning and deployment against milestones.
• Manage collaboration between controls, calibration, systems, validation and commodity engineering teams.
• Lead propulsion verification and validation including MIL, SIL, HIL and vehicle testing.
