Job summary

LaBella Associates seeks a Senior Proposal Specialist to drive business development for the firm segment. Responsibilities include researching markets, funding, clients, and prospects, networking with industry contacts, and creating opportunity-specific marketing materials such as proposals and presentations.

Efficiently coordinating with Pursuit Managers, technical teams, and external consultants, the role requires strong writing, editing, and project management skills to deliver compelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in A/E/C marketing or business development.
• Ability to build and nurture business relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research market trends and funding sources; build a network for business development intel.
• Develop pursuit strategy with BD and technical leaders; coordinate RFP searches.
• Participate in pre-proposal planning with technical teams to apply win strategy.
• Coordinate, write, edit, and produce pursuit materials (qualifications, proposals, presentations).
• Solicit information from sub consultants and team members for materials.
• Gather and maintain segment marketing information (staff bios, project descriptions, statistics).
