Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking a senior bid professional to own the bid function end-to-end, from market sounding to submission and lessons learned. You will lead writing, assessment, and coordination across SMEs, with a focus on compelling, compliant responses and continuous bid-process improvement.

The role sits within a fast-growing consultancy that designs innovative construction management solutions and data-driven project controls.

Qualifications

• Excellent bid writer with strong written English and a track record of running competitive bids in project management, costs, or data/digital consultancy.
• Able to facilitate storyboarding and answer-planning workshops with SMEs to structure responses.

Responsibilities

• Write excellent bids by breaking down complex questions and ensuring compliant, compelling responses.
• Own bid management end-to-end, from eligibility assessment to submission deadlines and debriefs.
• Drive bid reviews and lessons learned, proposing improvements to processes and systems.
• Build and maintain bid infrastructure, including libraries and case study repositories, and keep documentation current.
• Support wider business development by monitoring portals, engaging with clients, and coaching colleagues.
