Job summary

BDO is hiring a Pursuit and Proposal Senior Manager (Deals) to lead and coach our most complex bids. You will shape win strategy, themes and differentiation while ensuring compelling narratives and strong readiness across the team.

You will work with pursuit leads and senior stakeholders to drive disciplined governance and improve win likelihood on priority pursuits. This role requires substantial experience in bids within professional services or complex B2B, with excellent facilitation,

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading high-value, complex bids and pitches in professional services or complex B2B.
• Proven ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders to win more often.
• Strong editorial and storytelling skills with a buyer-focused approach.
• Excellent judgment on probability-to-win and readiness for pursuit milestones.

Responsibilities

• Shape win strategy, themes and how we win narratives based on buyer needs.
• Coach pursuit leads and senior stakeholders to improve behaviours and quality.
• Facilitate pursuit workstreams, align teams and roles for the strategy.
• Lead pitch preparation, rehearsal, structure, and Q&A readiness.
• Identify risks early and advise on mitigations with clear recommendations.
