Job summary

The Pursuits & Proposals Specialist at London Hybrid International Law Firm will join the Marketing & Business Development team to support the delivery of strategic pitches, proposals and panel reviews, helping the firm win new business and strengthen client relationships.

Reporting to the Pursuits & Proposals Manager, you will coordinate workflows, tailor content to client opportunities, manage templates and processes, and use technology and AI tools to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Business Development, Marketing, Pursuits or Proposals.
• Professional services or B2B experience, ideally within legal services.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent writing, communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for business development, client growth and winning work.
