Clarke Energy, part of Rehlko, is seeking a Senior Proposals Engineer in Knowsley with UK travel. You will transform customer enquiries into compelling, technically robust proposals by coordinating inputs across sales, engineering and project delivery.

The role prioritizes commercial judgment, risk assessment and bid integrity in a collaborative environment. You will lead bids from enquiry through to award, engage suppliers, and mentor junior team members while upholding Health, Safety,

Qualifications

• Experience in proposals, bids or technical sales within the engineering sector.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into winning technical bids.
• Strong analytical, communication and project coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop winning proposals for customer enquiries and tenders.
• Coordinate technical, commercial and operational inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Engineering, Commercial and Project Managers to ensure robust bids.
• Support supplier relationships and ensure quotes are competitive and well-documented.
