Job summary

Certara accelerates drug development with biosimulation software, services, and analytics. We seek a Sr. Contracts and Proposals Writer to lead complex responses to RFPs, SOWs, and COs, assembling scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.

You will write, revise, and finalize proposals for global opportunities with minimal supervision. You will mentor junior staff, drive process improvements, and collaborate with SMEs and internal partners to deliver high-quality, compliant content under tight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years' proposal or contract writing experience.
• Two years’ experience as a Proposal or Contract Writer preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent technical writing/documentation skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to work with content databases and publishing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex responses to RFPs, SOWs, and COs.
• Write, revise, and edit drafts to final approval with minimal oversight.
• Mentor and train junior proposal/contract staff.
• Coordinate with internal SMEs and external partners to gather inputs for proposals.
• Support administrative aspects of proposal development and tracking in CRM systems.
