Job summary

CONDUCTR is seeking a highly organised Bids & Proposals Coordinator to turn opportunities into brilliant proposals. You don't need industry experience, but you do need exceptional writing, comfort with numbers and the ability to structure complex information from multiple contributors.

You will work across Business Development, Creative, Production, Projects, Technology and Finance to produce bids, proposals, estimates and tender responses globally.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication with the ability to simplify complex info.
• Numerical literacy for costing and estimates.
• Attention to detail in all submissions.
• Ability to bring order and structure to multiple inputs.
• Calm and accurate under tight deadlines.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new subject areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bids, tenders and proposals from opportunity to submission.
• Read and interpret client briefs and requirements.
• Develop clear, compelling written responses communicating thinking and approach.
• Gather input from teams and keep contributors on schedule.
• Proofread and quality-check documents for clarity and accuracy.
• Help maintain reusable bid content and credentials.
• Create and manage bid plans, deadlines and submissions.
