Job summary

Avania is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead proposal and budget development with cross-functional leaders, delivering high-quality deliverables for projects from consulting agreements to full budgets and client grids.

You will prepare budgets of varying complexity, map costs to client grids, and identify efficiencies for multi-study programs, while providing leadership and mentorship to Proposal Associates and Proposal Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal and budget development with cross-functional leaders to produce high quality deliverables for projects including consulting agreements, budgets, proposals, and client grids.
• Prepare budgets of varying complexity, including mapping costs to client grids and identifying/applying efficiencies for multi-study programs.
• Provide leadership, training and mentorship to Proposal Associates/Proposal Managers.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements related to budgets and proposals and serve as a resource across functional teams for all matters relating to budget and proposal development.
