Job summary

Avaloq Group in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join the Offering team and drive upselling across assigned clients from the Edinburgh office. You will bridge the Key Account Manager and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals with healthy margins and high customer satisfaction.

The role demands strong coordination, English fluency, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordination, governance or administrative role within Financial Services.
• Business School degree or Bachelor in Economics / Business Administration.
• Excellent communication; fluent in English; ability to manage a range of stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with effective organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the team to provide support.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting upselling targets by producing high-quality, timely offers with a strong win rate (client sign-off).
• Oversee and follow all elements of the upselling lifecycle, from high-level estimation to final offering.
• Act as a Project Manager, managing time, quality, budget, and approvals for offers, serving as the SPOC for the client, KAM, and required stakeholders including third parties.
• Support KAMs in establishing productive relationships with managed customers, ensuring customer satisfaction across offerings (services/products, solutions, financials, time-to-market).
• Maintain accurate documentation such as sales reporting information in CRM and other company tools.
