Job summary

Avaloq AG in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join the Offering team. You will drive upselling activities across assigned clients and act as a key link between the Key Account Manager and delivery teams (Solutions, Projects and Run).

In this role, you will create strong proposals, maintain healthy margins and strive for high customer satisfaction by coordinating time, quality, budgets and approvals for offers while ensuring accurate documentation in CRM and other tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in client administration within financial services.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets and approvals for offers.
• Proven track record creating high-quality proposals with strong win rates.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality proposals with healthy margins and timely offers.
• Oversee upselling lifecycle from estimation to final offering.
• Act as the SPOC for client, KAM and delivery teams (Solutions, Projects and Run).
• Support KAMs in building productive relationships with managed customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation and sales reporting in company tools like CRM.
