You will work across geographies and business units to develop cost-effective, value-driven property strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver financially sound location strategies across the UK, Ireland, Canada, and overseas offices.
• Support high-profile projects and shape global property portfolio strategy.
• Provide financial insight and strategic recommendations aligned with business goals.
• Engage in early-stage M&A involvement and support organizational change initiatives.

Skills and experience required:

• Professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong commercial awareness, influencing, and negotiation skills, with experience interacting with C-suite executives.
• Experience in strategic planning and scenario modelling.
• Proficiency in report writing, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
