Job summary

The candidate will oversee responsive repairs, planned maintenance and asset management, using data-driven insights to drive decisions and service delivery, while fostering strong stakeholder relations and leadership.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial experience in property-related environments (facilities management, housing, construction, or engineering).
• Knowledge of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and asset management.
• Experience managing contractors, monitoring performance and delivering services or projects against budgets and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision support.
• Excellent communication and leadership with a customer-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle (car allowance provided).

Responsibilities

• Oversee property services operations for assets and repairs in a senior capacity.
• Lead contractor performance and ensure delivery against budgets and KPIs.
• Coordinate responsive repairs and planned maintenance activities.
• Analyse data to support decision-making and service improvements.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.

Senior Property Services Officer (Assets and Repairs)

We have a fantastic opportunity to work with an industry leading Housing company here in the North of Scotland. Our client is looking for a Senior Property Services Officer. This is a permanent full time post.

Our client is looking for someone with:-

• Demonstrable experience of working in a supervisory, senior or management position within a property related environment - facilities management, housing, construction, property management or engineering.
• Knowledge and understanding of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and asset management.
• Experience of managing contractors, monitoring performance and delivering services or projects against budgets and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Full UK driving licence is required, and access to a vehicle. Car allowance will be provided.
