Job summary

Albyn Housing Society in Invergordon is seeking a Senior Property Services Officer – Assets and Repairs to lead the Property Services team and ensure homes are maintained to a high standard. You will drive repairs performance, monitor budgets, and guide contractors to deliver value for money.

The role includes line management responsibilities, involvement in planned investment programmes, and occasional out-of-hours rota. Hybrid work and site visits across the Highlands are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management roles within property-related environments.
• Knowledge of responsive repairs, planned maintenance and asset management.
• Experience managing contractors, monitoring performance against budgets and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Property Services team to maintain homes to a high standard.
• Drive repairs performance and monitor budgets; contribute to planned investment programmes.
• Manage contractor performance and use asset data to inform long-term investments.
• Provide line management for team members; participate in out-of-hours rota approximately three times per year.
