Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is supporting an independent estate agency in Chessington to recruit a Sales & Lettings Negotiator. You will handle enquiries, arrange viewings, negotiate offers and support clients throughout their property journey in both sales and lettings.

You will generate new business, build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, and contribute to achieving sales and lettings targets in a friendly, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential estate agency sales or lettings or property negotiation.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive approach to generating business and achieving targets.
• Attention to detail with property information and client records.
• Positive, reliable and professional attitude with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Register applicants, respond to enquiries and match buyers/tenants to properties.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, provide information and feedback.
• Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants to secure deals.
• Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with vendors and landlords.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and progress saleslettingstransactions.
• Keep property listings, applicant records and CRM up to date.
