Imperial College London: Senior Property Operations Manager

Imperial College London is seeking a Senior Property Operations Manager to join their property team at the White City campus.

As a top ten global university renowned for its impact in science, technology, engineering, medicine, and business (STEMB), Imperial manages one of the largest and most complex estate portfolios in the UK, with over 500,000 sqm of space primarily in London, along with other operational, commercial, and investment properties across the UK.

This role is crucial for managing Imperial's commercial residential assets and ensuring efficient service charge accounting for both tenants and Imperial as a tenant.

The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio including Private Rental, Key Worker Accommodation (Imperial Living), Build to Rent assets, and commercial lettings. Responsibilities include managing service charge accounting, overseeing third-party service providers, maximizing income, and supervising property and estate management activities.

Ideal candidates will have excellent stakeholder management skills, proven experience in property portfolio management, a strong grasp of service charge accounting, and expertise in contracts and facilities management.
