Job summary

Connells Group in Warwick is seeking a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join our residential sales team. You will generate valuations, book viewings, negotiate offers and drive sales through to exchange and completion, while coordinating with the Mortgage Advisor.

We value proactive sellers, customer service excellence and a disciplined, detail‑focused approach. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential to service our clients across the branch network.

Qualifications

• Preferably an experienced sales person
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Responsibilities

• Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor wherever opportunities arise.
