Connells in Warwick is seeking a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to generate valuations, conduct property viewings and negotiate offers, progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be responsible for optimising opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

You will drive new business in a target-driven environment, deliver outstanding customer service, and build relationships with clients while using IT tools and holding a full UK

Formación

• Preferably an experienced sales person.
• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsabilidades
