Job summary

Residential Management Group (RMG) is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a major development, lead a dedicated onsite team, and ensure service excellence for residents. The role is site-based at the East Wick & Sweetwater Development in London, with standard hours and leadership responsibilities.

You will drive compliance with lease terms and industry standards (RICS, ARMA, IRPM), mentor staff, and identify new opportunities to maximise income while maintaining high service levels

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site teams in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of lease terms and industry regulations (RICS, ARMA, IRPM).
• MTPI qualification or willingness to work towards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a large development with phased delivery targets.
• Lead and mentor onsite staff; conduct appraisals and 1:1s.
• Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance vs budget and identify variances.
• Promote a positive culture and uphold high service standards.
• Identify and manage risks to protect residents and assets.
