Job summary

Residential Management Group is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a large development and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service. The role is site-based at the East Wick & Sweetwater Development in London, with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM schedule.

You will manage a development planning for growth, ensure lease compliance, and drive service excellence across the team within a market-leading property management company.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in block property management.
• MTPI qualified or willing to work towards.
• Proven track record of results-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a development with multiple phases, ensuring lease terms and industry regulations are met.
• Lead and mentor onsite staff, conduct regular appraisals and one-to-ones.
• Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance, including budget vs. expenditure.
• Promote a positive company culture and uphold high service standards.
• Identify and manage risks and ensure compliance.
