Job summary

Residential Management Group is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a large development and lead a dedicated onsite team, delivering exceptional service and ensuring lease compliance and regulatory standards at the East Wick & Sweetwater Development, London.

You will drive performance, mentor staff, grow fee income and manage budgets while upholding the company’s values. The role offers a collaborative environment with opportunities to progress within Places for People Group.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in block property management.
• MTPI qualified or willing to work towards MTPI.
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen.
• Proven track record of results-driven performance.
• Awareness of compliance, health and safety, fire safety and statutory obligations in residential property management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a development currently with 2 completed phases, increasing to 7 upon total completion, ensuring lease terms and industry regulations are followed.
• Lead and mentor onsite staff, conducting regular appraisals and one-to-ones.
• Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance, including budget vs. expenditure.
• Promote a positive company culture and uphold high service standards.
• Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance and safety standards.
